Community Connect

Community Connect
Community Connect is a program sponsored by the state of North Dakota. This program prioritizes community-based behavioral services that support and assist individuals needing help with mental health, homelessness, and substance use disorders, by guiding them towards their own unique paths of recovery.

Better Together ND and Community Connect

As a provider of Community Connect, Better Together ND offers individuals support through our care coordinators and peer support specialists.

Care Coordinators: Participants with Better Together ND will have ongoing support and guidance from a committed care coordinator. This dedicated professional assists individuals with setting and achieving both short and long-term goals. Care coordinators help with overcoming barriers, by providing a consistent source of connection and support for difficulties such as obtaining employment, housing, adequate recovery services, and food assistance.
