Struggling with mental health or addiction? Is it affecting your ability to find or maintain employment?
Care Coordinators can help you with mental health concerns and addiction, by providing support and connection to the best services available. Care Coordinators can help update your resume and get you back in the job market. Not able to work? We can help you apply for SSDI and SSI. In the meantime, you may qualify for Snap, Liheap, Medicare, ND Rent Help, or subsidized housing. We can help you apply for, and maintain, these services, to ease the stress of everyday living. The Care Coordinators at Better Together ND are able to help you get connected, and back on track.
