Mason is the Co-Founder of Better Together ND, with over a decade of experience in public safety and rehabilitation. He has served as a Probation Officer, State Trooper, and Residential Specialist, committed to helping individuals in recovery and within the justice system.
Driven by a passion for community collaboration, Mason co-founded Better Together ND to partner with others and create meaningful change. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and spending quality time with his family.
Marie Knodel is the co-founder of Better Together ND, with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement. Seeking to make a meaningful impact in the community, she transitioned into this role. In her free time, Marie enjoys spending summer days at the lake with her family, appreciating campfires and the outdoors.
